Check Out Ogunquit Events Online

Planning a vacation to Ogunquit and want to know want is going on during your trip to Maine? Take a look at our hotel's event guide for March and April. Check back often to see what's added.

Some of the upcoming guest favorites are the Music Hall Kitchen Tours (April 7th), Patriots Day Festival (April 18-20), and LL Bean Children's Spring Fun Festival (April 24th).

If you have never tried your luck at Ogunquit's Patriot's Day Casino Night, it's time for a trip! Forget Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, Casino Night is all about fun for a cause! Plus this year, they have added Paul Revere's Midnight Ride and a Tory Treasure Hunt.

Or visit for LL Bean's Spring festival and check out the sales, new store features, chidlren's book readings and more. Freeport is only 40 minutes, which means there's time to shop and jump in the pool.

See you soon!

Read Reviews of our Ogunquit Hotel

As many of our guests know, the Meadowmere is always improving. A little over a year ago, a new effort began with e-comment cards. Each guest with an email on file is invited after their stay to provide feedback to us via an online form. And believe us, we read every form. In fact, the forms are checked daily and given to the appropriate manager to review based on the scores and feedback. Maybe it is obsessive, but we think if you took the time to visit our resort, we should take the time to listen.

Recently, we added a page to our Ogunquit hotel's website to share some of that feedback. Every quote is real - directly from our guests. Happily, we have wonderful fans and thank each guest for taking the time to share their thoughts with us.

Jonathan's Restaurant Gets Great Reviews

JonathansinogunquitCongratulations to our friends at Jonathan's Restaurant! Last week the Portland Press Herald featured a food and restaurant review of our neighboring Ogunquit restaurant, Jonathan's.

Touting the trimphant return of Jonathan to his restaurant, the author encourages you to go to this Ogunquit restaurant right now. If you haven't been in awhile - or at least since Jonathan has returned - this writer is right. Our guests give rave reviews and our staff are big fans.

A frequent recommendation is the Seafood Stuffed Haddock - the stuffing is homemade (Jonathans' is family run - good local food and a hands on approach is important). A treat that has been on the menu for years is the Lobster Ravoli. People have driven hours for this dish and I have personally witnessed one young patron lick his plate. That's pretty good.

A new feature is the wood fired steaks and fresh ingredients from Jonathan's farm - including the maple syrup in the review.  All served in the restaurant's homey decor. You have got to walk around to see the famous faces and remarkable works of art. Next time you're up for a day trip to Ogunquit - swing in for dinner before heading home.

Or if you're staying with at our Ogunquit hotel, step out our back door and enjoy. Jonathan's has an outstanding concert series to add dinner and a show to your vacation. Just make sure to get that creme brulee . .  .
